Sights & Sounds
Hi. Hope you enjoy this selection of tracks and videos; showing us “doing our thing.”
First up, short compilation filmed at a recent open air gig in the heart of Epping Forest Essex UK. The event was part of the Loughton festival.
“Mustang Sally” (apologies to Mr Wilson Pickett) an oldie but a goodie; always gets a crowd dancing and singing along.
“Dakota” by The Stereophonics. Another crowd-pleaser. A little more up-to-date with a great singalong chorus.
Next up, Blur’s “Song 2“, short, punchy, full of energy. “Whooo-Hooo!”
We usually play Blondie’s classic “Call Me” towards the end of the night. Folks are really up for a dance by then.
Here is a brief compilation of a live performance, covering “Back in the USSR”, “Jumping Jack Flash”, “Cigarettes and Alcohol”, “Seven Nation Army” and “Dakota”. (To play: click orange “play” arrow, top left corner).
Here is a brief compilation of quieter songs we like to put into the set (live performance): “Ain’t No Sunshine”, “Little Lion Man”, “Feeling Good”, “Under the Bridge” and “Someone Like You”. (To play: click orange “play” arrow, top left corner).
Here is a recent cover of the Zutons / Amy Winehouse floor-filler “Valerie” featuring our new member Becca on vocals. (To play: Click orange “play” arrow, top left corner).
Finally, here is our version of Duffy’s 2008 hit “Mercy”, again featuring our new member Becca on vocals. (To play: Click orange “play” arrow, top left corner).
